Later model Type 1 Beetle/Ghia/Type 3 manual pedal cluster. Aluminum housing has a fair amount of pitting, accelerator pedal does move but arm it connects to is frozen. Clutch pedal moves but brake arm is also frozen. Will need to be rebuilt or used for parts. Clutch hook has the typical wear.
