For sale is a 1969 Karmann Ghia coupe running yard driving project car. Pretty original car that has had a few bad repaints in the past. H5 single port 1500 runs well, starts easy and no excessive smoke or odd noises. 4 speed transmission pulls in all gears. Parking brake works and can be driven around the yard but will need brake work. Runs off the original tank but it will need to be replaced or cleaned. The majority of the electrical items on the car did work when tested. Tires are old and cracked but hold air. The body has had a fair amount of body work in the past and most is peeling and coming off, nose on the car isn't too bad but not perfect. Has rust in all the usual areas, some areas under hood are rusty from rodent nests. It will need the typical pan and heater channel work but the chassis tunnel appears pretty solid overall. Interior has obviously seen better days but is complete. Overall a good start to a project or could be made roadworthy with some simple mechanical work. Clean title. Can send more photos. $2500 obo.
